Bill was great. Very honest, nice and trust worthy. We have put him on our speed dial for any future repairs. In contrast to other appliance repair shops that are into price gouging, their fees were quite reasonable and saved us a bunch. Very rare to come across such people and this level of service any more. Highly recommend them.
